"Wild Wisdom" is based on a course I teach, "Stand and Expand" where we use the concept of Johari Window to illustrate four aspects of self:
1) What I know and others know about me;
2) What I know about myself, but others don't know about me;
3) What others know about me that I don't know about myself; and 
4) What neither I nor others know about me.
