"Elements Within" evolved from an Intentional Creativity Apothecary course where I explored internal positive qualities -- skills, talents, focuses, and strengths -- as well as negative ones -- challenges, traumas, weaker areas -- and how these created pathways to evolve on a spiritual level to the greatest version of me, in this lifetime. And this path is not paved. It continues onward, even those days when I feel like I'm walking barefoot on a steep gravel path, instead of cruising down an open highway.
